Some Days

Some days I am weary

Of the sky so dreary

But some days the sun shines bright.

Some days I am lonely

And thinking “if only

Someone would call me tonight”.

Some days life is so tough,

Some days life is so rough,

But some days hope glimmers through.

Some days there is plenty,

Some days there ain’t any,

But most days I can make do.

Some days pain comes calling,

Some days I spend bawling,

Some days I am really quite dutiful.

Some days I am down

With my face in a frown,

But some days…some days are beautiful.
